The pool is natural rather than a constructed swimming facility, and its color is associated with the depth of the water. Visitors can swim, float, relax beside the spring, or use bamboo rafts reported at the site.
The water is known to be cool, making the spring particularly appealing on warm days. Some visitors also jump into the deeper water, but this should only be attempted where the depth and conditions are known to be safe. Allow around 1–2 hours for a typical visit, longer if you plan to swim and have a picnic. It is best suited to visitors comfortable with a rustic, nature-oriented setting.
